Wayne Higgs
Project Administrator + Estimator
Wayne joined the Abode team in 2019 after a short stint in retirement. Wayne wears many hats at Abode, regularly spouting information from his bottomless pit of knowledge acquired from his 40 years in the building industry.
Before coming out of retirement, Wayne worked for the Master Builders Association and was instrumental in rewriting the building contracts and policies we use today (he’s a smart cookie). Prior to that, Wayne was a self-employed builder living and working on the North West Coast of Tassie, where he originally hails from.
Wayne is also one of the worlds best storytellers, coming in second after Roald Dahl of course.
